Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MehndiPe website and WhatsApp booking service (together, the “Service”). By browsing our website, messaging us on WhatsApp, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MehndiPe operates a platform that connects customers with independent, professional mehndi artists for at-home and on-site bookings. Mehndi artists engaged through MehndiPe are independent service providers and are not employees or agents of MehndiPe.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to book a service through MehndiPe.

• Bookings are made by messaging us on WhatsApp with your requirements, preferred date, time, location, and design preferences.
• A booking is confirmed only once we send you a confirmation message and full payment has been received.
• Please ensure the details you provide (address, contact number, appointment time) are accurate and complete — we are not responsible for delays or failed appointments caused by incorrect information.

• Prices are communicated to you on WhatsApp before booking and depend on the design, occasion, and number of people.
• Full payment is collected online at the time of booking, through our third-party payment gateway, before your appointment is confirmed.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Because full payment is collected upfront, bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund once payment is made. You may request to reschedule your appointment. Full details are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Mehndi artists on MehndiPe are independent professionals responsible for the quality and manner of the service they provide. MehndiPe facilitates the booking and payment but is not itself the provider of the mehndi application service. If you experience an issue with an artist, please report it to us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, which may include working with the artist to make it right.

• Provide a safe, accessible, and appropriately lit space for the artist to work in at the scheduled time and address.
• Inform us in advance of any known allergies or skin sensitivities. Mehndi/henna may cause allergic reactions in some individuals — a patch test is recommended before full application, especially for first-time users or children.
• Treat the artist with courtesy and respect; MehndiPe reserves the right to refuse future bookings for abusive behaviour.

Reference images are used as inspiration. Mehndi is applied by hand, so the final design may vary naturally from a reference image in exact detail, though our artists will make reasonable efforts to match your requested style.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MehndiPe’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking. MehndiPe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including allergic reactions where a customer did not disclose a known sensitivity.

All content on the MehndiPe website, including text, graphics, logos, and design galleries, is owned by or licensed to MehndiPe and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false booking requests, attempting to contact artists outside the platform to avoid fees, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
